BK report CLICK THIS TITLE

Nate,

I'd say Yamana, GORO & AZK should have the quickest pop.

Also DGP which we're gonna need to move in order to get these moving.

I'm sure you got that someone objected and on a lot of points it looks like.

There seems to be a lot of raised eyebrows concering creditors; i.e. numerous mentions that some of the creditors (including a bank) might be fraudelent (i.e. funneling BK money to associated parties/ friends).

Also looks like the term 'gross profits' is up in the air big time, so who knows.

Not a good report IMO, and I have no idea how things proceed (legally and timewise) when someone objects like this. Obviously, Gwenco/QMNM will be given time to address the points, but I'm guessing stock takes a hit again.

I read it along the lines of that Whitson?? guy wanting to block the former owner Anderson from getting money before he does and wanting clarification on the 50% Gross Profits (which I think gets that guy who secured the banks debt paid quicker than the rest??)

I'm gonna read the I-Hub comments and check.

Gotta drop off my mom's car, be back in a half!!

They're also not happy w/ the $87/ton contract...want to get it into the 100's.

That part is fine with me.

Gonna read it again after coffee...will sink it better then!

I just hope the timeframe for addressing these issues isn't many months.

Joe,

What did you think of my post re: the put/call ratios?

a little off topic...i'm thinking of moving over to TD Ameritrade from Fidelity. With TDA i can trade pennies w/o the extra charge (which i'll always have to do with Fidelity), and they offer their trading software through the website online...don't have to download. This means you can use it on the Mac...which is what i own. Plus the better and flat commission. Am i missing any reason why i shouldn't? I've looked into the other brokers and TDA seems the best to me. So either i'll make some MT positions and then transfer assets, or cash some things out and move over a little quicker. Just looking for other opinions if you all have any. thanks.

Switching from Fidelity to TD Ameritrade is a MUST Nate if you're gonna buy some pennies.

John, i'll check your comment in a few, the cable guy just got here. All out TV's decided to only show certain channels while I was gone????
