Basically they're talking about him issuing the A/S to 2.5 billion and have them sold thus lowering the pps to say .005
Then say he does a 25 to 1 R/S, there would be 100 million A/S & O/S and the share price would go to .125
So you'd have less shares but they'd be worth more creating the same value.
Now he could authorize more shares again increasing the 100 million and dilute the price again.
Make sense?? I personally don't believe he'll do this but this is what the Pedro's of the world think.

Pedro, we get it. You have no faith in this stock. I'll tell you honestly, many days I don't either. But you're never going to convince the diehard longs, and you're never going to convince those of us that have lost enough money in QMNM at this point to make it not worth it to sell. Why do you haunt the board all day? Seriously, I want to know. I'm not trying to bait you or call you out or anything. I just want to know what your philosophy is. Why do you care so much about a bunch of people who do nothing but call you a Basher all day and want you to leave? Are you really that altruistic?
KOP, (KingofPennies) I remember when you first appeared on this board. You were rabidly pro-QMNM. In fact, I'd say you were more vociferous than even the worst of the gung-ho QMNMers ever to pump this stock, and with less reason. I don't remember you bringing any DD to your early assertions that QMNM was going to go through the roof any minute now. Then one day, with a cursory reading of a single 10Q, you spun around on a dime and I'd say you've become Pedro's Polly. Again, I'm only curious, not trying to call you out or say anything negative, but in the interests of full disclosure, do you take your lithium before signing on to iHub for the day?
