Something is a brewing, some large lots were bought at .0019 this AM and it refuses to go lower than .0015 even without a P/R which is waaaaayyyy overdue.
And yes the pool makes the property waterfront. Wait till the next time you guys see Diana Olick, she'll be reporting a spike in home values in Rhode Island ;)
