Core position

Hey Ron, Basically I have a set amount for each stock that i'm willing to invest and I divide that by four. Two parts would equal my core position and each of the other parts would be traded (bought on dips and sold on strength). I try to always hold the core amounts as I believe we are in a long-term bull run, but if a stock gets overbought, I will not hesitate to book profits in the core positions.

Say you come up with 10 miners you want to trade and have 100,000 to invest. Each stock could have $10,000 made up of four parts of $2500 with the core being $5000.

The key is to be CONSTANTLY booking.

The ETF shorts are used so that you are still booking profits while the markets are falling.

Hope this helps a bit

Joe
