Well I guess it's good

That Gustav isn't a Cat 5, but you'd think with all the shutdowns, we'd see a little jump in oil/N.G.

Gold taking it too, closing back in on $820. At the worst we get to get back into the miners tomorrow morning on the dirt cheap again!!!

Dollar back above .775 for the first time since February and gonna see some VERY strong resistance if it's gonna attack .78!!!! We gotta get our reversal pretty soon here!!

Yeah...looks like tomorrow's gonna be another money-losing day in my account. Ugh.

And I won't have time to trade at all due to my classes starting up.

Oh well - my bets are placed and I either ride the ship down or run it longer term for profit. Time will tell!

I don't really have anything to add except Europe is flat today as usual when US is closed

We have Euro zone GDP on Wedensday and ECB rate decision on Thursay two things that could make or brake it for the dollar/Euro.

I now see FED and ECB has put themselves in a situation where they are unable to act. They can't raise interest rates due to low or no growth and they can't really lower them either due to high infaltion.
They have to wait and see which problem will be the worst and then react opposite.
Meanwhile they are just buying time.

Yep. It's always darkest right before the dawn. I'm just itching to start booking though...this holding gig is getting boring!!!

Wonder when the prod. report for QMNM is gonna be hitting the wires. Would LOVE to see that thing outperform and pop up.

Both Europe and US are squeezed right now w/ no 'good' action possible by fed/ecb. They raise, they kill the markets. They cut, they kill the currencies, moonshot commods, and tap the consumer out. Lose-lose IMO.

It's kinda like when you were a kid and you broke something of your dads; say a tool or something...you know mucking with it more will break it even more, yet leaving it as is...well, it's not going to fix itself.

All you can do is look him in the eye and say - oops, my bad!
