so with the BK hearing on tuesday, if the judge accepts it then things are good. if he doesn't, does it all just get restructured? or does Quest immediately go out of business and our stocks go to zero? i didn't think a negative outcome would be that severe...but is that in fact what we're looking at?
at this point i have a hard time believing that a judge would sacrifice creditors and stockholders by simply putting Quest out of business...especially when things truly look on the turn for the first time. but if he does, what happens next? and please, not jokes like "you're shit out of luck." i'm honestly curious what are the possible negative outcomes...
I don't know a lot about this stuff, but it seems to me that if the judge does not accept the 2nd proposal, it's not necessarily over for Quest; I'm sure they'll be allowed to go back to the drawing board and come back with a third proposal. Again, I'm not a lawyer so this is JMHO, but it seems they can go on doing this until the Judge puts the hammer down and says no more.
All that is happening here, again IMO, is that they are negotiating the terms to get out of BK.
The bad side of rejecting the new BK proposal is that it just sets Quest back yet again and allows certain paid bashers more time to drive the stock price down.
Unfortuntaely, Peedro makes a good point about this blog over on iHub. Quest has indeed paid Outcast Traders to profile them. Don't know if that makes it bad info, just biased info.
What we need is someone to get a hold of Eugene and ask him directly about what he thinks about the latest objection... he had to have known that this was gonna happen? If they didnt' address it in the first plan... The judge would have given them direction after the first one... no? Saying you need to address this this and that... come back to me and if its fixed we will approve it?????????????
