simply switch your account from Cash to cash/margin and you won't have that problem. You don't have to use the margin. You'll be able to do 3 day trade in a rolling 5 day period and money will clear immediately.

Well cool thanks. I'm just happy I made a few bucks today for a change. I think I'm officially entering the day trading business... in three days that is. And after I change the margin thingie.

what does the new short selling rules apply to? All stocks? If that is the case, then our miners should fly.
