Also, was just over at iHub... Pedro brings up a point: If Gwenco fails to get out of BK, all Gwenco shares (Which are presently wholly owned by Quest) will all be given to the creditors. Creditors will own the coal and Quest will have nothing.

My question is, if that's true, do you think the creditors would rather Gwenco/Quest mined the coal or that they own it all themselves? The creditors could, in fact, replace Quest, couldn't they? After all, EC doesn't have anything that the creditors couldn't get, and Gwenco people could still be hired to do the work...

Just trying to see if there might be a conspiracy here after all...

Needs a break of .60 cents and i'd like to see some larger volume. Looks like 211,000 shares yesterday which is approximately $105,000. Still not getting noticed except for the couple buys right before 10:00 AM which made up more than half the day's volume.

I'm gonna put in a bid @ .50 on Monday and see if it gets filled.

Yeah for sure... it's still young. But everything I've read about it so far bodes well. More volume would be nice. I'm also waiting to buy more (have small position now) until word of production comes out. Once they start shredding tires, I think it's going to be a big one. They have a market niche, and an important one in this day and age.

The Judge would rather have them continue as is and will try to work with EC and give him the opportunity to prove he can pay off the creditors.

IF they don't get out of BK, then yes, QMNM is worthless, as Gwenco is it's only active subsidiary.

Thats why the BK is SOOOO important.

I'd be extremely happy to get in under .60 with an investment of about $1000 to start. Looks like .85 cents is where we start to see blue skies.

You know more about this than me, when are they supposed to start.

Hey sorry I was in NYC all day yesterday. MDOR hasn't put out an estimated start date yet, which of course has fueled much speculation. For me, I think they're just waiting until they have solid news to report, but who knows for sure. I'm waiting and seeing.

I'm in MDOR @ .43 so I'm happy with it at the moment.

Nice entry point bud!!!

If all goes well you should see that .85 cent mark get broken. Any idea on shares?? O/S & A/S?? Don't think it's listed!!

No I don't know... It's a wait and see game with them. Small opening position with room to fight or flight on any news is my MO on that one.
