Been reading those QUEST documents and the legal lingo is giving me fits. Quick! Is there a lawyer in the house!?
But about all I'm really able to take away from them myself is that Quest has a plan to get out of bankruptcy and that they still intend to mine mine mine. I don't know if it's a good plan or not, and it doesn't tell me what's going to happen with those 2.5 billion shares or whether an R/S is coming or not. But it does tell me that Eugene isn't giving up and running just yet, so that's good.
