Why has it been on such a down trend with real estate being what it is?
Also, Joe...I have been frustrated with Seabridge yesterday. Probably didnt do my due diligence at first, but what do you think about the very bearish chart associated with SA? Hitting lower highs and lower lows for quite some time now.
