Shorts better cover and NOW!!! Going back to the conversation I had with Eugene on Friday, he stated that he had a court date on Wednesday to finalize the BK. Timeline makes sense if objectors had til the 18th or 21st, depending on your interpretation, to register objections
So Eugene is to be in court to finalize the BK tomorrow.
