QMNM Call

Everyone on IHUB is bringing up questions to ask, but I can't fathom it being a free for all where we will be allowed to ask questions. First of all, i'm assuming we're all going to be muted and Eugene or P/R company will read a statement updating us on progress or whatever it may be.

As for asking questions, I guess they could do a "press 1 if you's like to ask a question" and screen them, or give us an e-mail at the start of the call to send them to.

The main issue i'm concerned with is the amount of outstanding shares as i've heard that some of the debtors have converted their shares. This and the Bankruptcy are the keys to me, but I haven't prepared questions. I'll be able to wing it depending on how (if at all) they are fielding questions.

Anything specific others are interested in??

I think you nailed the two main points on the head, open questions would entail a free for all and probably pi$$ the guy off to no end,got to keep it civil. One could always contact him later if any lingering doubts. Just my two cents worth

Don't forget Joe and I will be doing a more personal Q/A with them when we are there next Mon!

We can pull the other questions out then - oh and if you guys feel like anything sticks out in tomorrows call make a note and let Joe or me know so we can ask when we are in KY. Yeehaw!

Hey Joe - was this a typo or just being a smart#ss...either way it's pretty damn funny.

"press 1 if you's like to ask a question"

...and our first question is from Vinny, from Brooklyn, NY...

Lat you are totally correct. you and Joe will garner more info using the one on one approach plus you will have a birds eye view as to how this is progressing, not much bs can be spewed when you can see with your own eyes whats going down. Look forward to your comments
