The 1.32 million shows up on my e-trade & I posted a link on the other site last week. They were sold July 2nd and was a pre-set sale.
This is showing him selling all his common shares but getting 25,000,000 stock options exercisable in the next 10 years???
Also shows he still owns 260,000 shares of preferred stock that is convertible into approx 11 million common shares @ the lesser of .32 or the 5 highest previous bids. No expiration on this.
???? Let me think a bit??

Saw that too and can't imagine he wants to take .00x vs .32 at sale time!!
