Did anyone catch if bankruptcy plan will be negotiated w/in 90 days or if he thinks they will have cleared BK in 90 days....couldn't tell from the call myself...
This is an election year. Vote your pocket book. Oil is manipulated down so folks can have that feel-good feeling while getting hosed. After the election....it's back to sand in the vaseline.

Lot's of people must be eyeing this one - I was half expecting it to be just everyone from this blog on the tele call...God that would be hilarious.

He said he HOPES to clear it up within the next 90 days. Very vague.
So I assume that means that the BK arrangement will be finalized w/in 90...no mention as to how long until they pay it off.
Might have to wait to Q3 when he claims productivity/earnings for a nice price on this one...
