The markets will turn when the fundamentals improve. With the real condition of Fannie and Freddie the fundamentals have gotten worse, not better.

do you mind telling an idiot like me what caused that? did other currency just fall which made the dollar look better?
My guess is the Fed governors saying rate hikes should be coming sooner rather than later. JMO
