Voting

Just on the new poll or the oil one too??? If you already voted the oil one, see if you can cancel and re-vote??

    Putting in a bid of 90k in about 1/2 hour. :)

    Only a couple of contingencies like structural integrity, termites, (to cover myself).

    Totally psyched about it.

    As for my vote on oil - I think we hold near mid 140's for a bit.
