So jobless claims come out higher than average, consumer spending was neutral at best and the dollar rallies?

I think the market is a bit confused.
Mornin' mdp. The market is entering its cyclical down time (summer doldrums) IMHO. Economic conditions appear to be helping it down a bit early. We shall see.
