Scott Whitson Objects to 2nd BK plan

Just received the objection he filed to QMNM's 2nd BK plan. Will try to post or e-mail it to Messie so he can help.

    He wants his claim to a portion of that Anderson guy's claim to be included in the plan. Obviously Eugene and/or Mr Anderson don't agree.

    I can't see the judge allowing the plan to be approved until they can show a profit for at least a month anyways so not a major issue, but an issue nonetheless!!

    Is it bad though ? Or is it just medium?.. I have a bit of $ invested in qmnm.... Can't they just say ok fine lets add another $x of creditors and lets move on???

    I would say it's not a dealbreaker as the second filing did NOTHING in response to his first objection. If that makes sense?? I'd think they would have tried to resolve his objection if it was the only objection received???
